Day Spa Etiquette

Spa services are available on a daily basis. However, we recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure that appointment times are available. A credit card or gift certificate number is required for reservations on all Spa Packages. 

Gift Cards are sold in specific dollar value and expire one year from date of purchase. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards can be used towards services only. 

In order to avoid a 50% service charge for your appointment, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Gift Certificates will be reduced to half value. No-shows will be charged 100% of service scheduled. 

Please advise your therapist if you have any health concerns or questions about which treatments are best for you. Prenatal massages are suitable for expectant mothers past the first trimester only. 

As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that cell phones be silenced or turned off. 

Our best reward is your satisfaction. Gratuities are left at your discretion.  Gratuities can be added on a credit card or in envelopes supplied at the front desk.  20% tip is automatically added to package services on holidays.
